These sessions will suit novice or intermediate riders looking to improve their fundamental biking skills. The series is designed to get you riding non-technical single track with greater flow and confidence.
Places limited to 6 riders/session (open to all but priority will be given to Petal Power Club Members). To secure a place please e-mail Jenny to let her know which sessions you would like to attend. From Glasgow originally and from a sporting family including international squash and rugby players, I was always active and involved in sport as a child. After a sport focused schooling led to a degree in Outdoor Education, I taught and participated in climbing, kayaking, hill walking, mountain biking and other outdoor activities both at home and abroad. After working and travelling as a technical mounatin guide in America and Austrailia, I returned home to work with young people still using outdoor activities but with more of a focus on their personal and social development rather than hard skill aquisition. This led to a move north and retraining as a Child and Adoloscent Psychotherapist. At the same time, and at rather a late stage in the world of bike racing, I began to win Mountain Bike races. The improvements I made were addictive and in 2009 I became the fastest female xc racer in Scotland winning both the Scottish Series and title of Scottish Champion.

As an elite racer, experienced outdoor instructor and Level 2 British Cycling coach, Lee makes a natural, person centred coach.
